Shipping
We ship all orders UPS. We can not ship to PO Boxes or APO adresses.
Orders are sent Monday through Friday. UPS does not deliver on Saturday. Same day shipping if before 12:00 p.m. Central time. Orders received after 12:00 pm will be processed the next business day. No holidays or weekends.

Return Policy
Please call us at 1-800-865-6807 for return authorization
The purchaser may return any item in its original condition within 14 days in which the item was purchased. In doing so, the item must be sent back with a copy of the original invoice and an explanation of the return. At this time, we will issue a credit for the item amount. We will not credit shipping and handling charges unless an error has occured on behalf of Green and Yellow Gear.
If any of your items are damaged in shippment when they arrive, please notify Green & Yellow Gear immediatley. |
